The Irun City Council is procuring a single-lot advisory service at the Casa de las Mujeres for women who completed their studies abroad. The service provides guidance on recognition or validation of foreign qualifications in Spain, education and training pathways, and employment empowerment, with follow-up available in person, by telephone or digitally. It also includes awareness and outreach activities, coordination with local services and associations, and an annual report. The contract runs for one year, with an option to extend it by one further year; the base budget is €6,810.98 including VAT.
