Integrated management of Christmas events and the Three Kings parade in Barberà del Vallès

Barberà del Vallès is seeking integrated management and delivery of its traditional and popular Christmas events and Three Kings parade for the 2026–2027 Christmas period, with an option for one additional Christmas period in 2027–2028. The single, non-lotted contract covers organising the events; cleaning, rebuilding, transporting, assembling, dismantling and storing parade floats; sound, lighting, generators and float towing; purchasing event supplies and food; and renting stages, portable toilets, costumes and float equipment. It also includes hair and makeup services, Catalan sign-language interpretation and performers for the parade. The estimated contract value is €91,000 excluding VAT, including the possible extension.
