Pausoz Pauso socio-educational and psychosocial intervention service

Summary

Errenteria City Council is procuring the PAUSOZ PAUSO service to supplement municipal social and psychosocial support for people and families at risk of or experiencing social exclusion. The service includes assessment and follow-up, practical accompaniment, individual and family interventions, and the group-based Elkargune programme, delivered mainly in users’ homes and community settings. The service requires 85 hours and 10 minutes per week, including at least 43 hours and 30 minutes of individual/family intervention, 15 hours of group intervention and up to 10 hours supporting temporary accommodation; up to 7 hours within the individual/family provision are allocated to following people experiencing residential exclusion.
