Management and control of community cat colonies using the TNR method in Vilalba dels Arcs

Summary

The Municipality of Vilalba dels Arcs is procuring management and control services for community cat colonies using the capture, sterilisation and return (CER/TNR) method. The work includes live capture, veterinary checks, sterilisation, microchip identification and return to the cats’ original colonies, as well as colony census management, public assistance and ongoing advice; euthanasia and cremation may be required where appropriate. The estimated annual volume includes sterilisation of 25 female and 23 male cats and microchip identification of 48 cats. The contract is a single lot, with an initial one-year term and two possible one-year extensions; the annual budget ceiling is €11,060 excluding VAT.
