Maintenance service for fire-protection equipment in the buildings and facilities of the City Council of Calella

Summary

The City Council of Calella is procuring preventive, regulatory and corrective maintenance of fire-protection equipment at municipal buildings and facilities, excluding sites whose comprehensive maintenance contracts already cover this work. The service includes inspections, conservation, repairs, refilling and recharging, equipment replacement and supply, and measures needed to ensure regulatory compliance. The inventory covers 23 sites, including 280 ABC extinguishers, 76 CO2 extinguishers, 43 hose reels, 399 fire-safety signs, one fire-pump installation and four automatic extinguishing systems. The contract is not divided into lots and runs for one year, with up to three annual extensions.
