Supply of a 4x4 vehicle for Pareja Civil Protection and Emergencies

Summary

The tender is for a new seven-seat, four-wheel-drive vehicle for the Municipality of Pareja’s Civil Protection and Emergencies service and its nuclear emergency response plan. The vehicle must be white, have a 2,755 cc engine (an equivalent or better solution is acceptable), and use petrol, diesel or hybrid power. It must include the specified safety and comfort equipment, LED lights, a tow hitch, registration, vehicle inspection and required approvals. It must be delivered in Civil Protection colours and markings, with user manuals, a warranty certificate and technical documents. The maximum budget is EUR 70,000 including 21% VAT. Delivery to Pareja Town Hall is due within 60 calendar days of contract signature, or sooner if offered. The minimum comprehensive warranty is two years and covers the whole vehicle except wear parts. The bidder must demonstrate access to an authorised workshop or adequately equipped technical assistance service within 66 km of Pareja and maintain it throughout the warranty period. The bidder’s annual turnover in the highest of the last three available financial years must be at least EUR 51,851.24. Technical capacity must be demonstrated by a list of comparable supplies carried out during the last three years. The electronically submitted tender is due within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice and must include a signed responsible declaration, a price offer and a detailed price breakdown. Price is worth up to 15 points. Up to 10 additional points are available for adapting the vehicle for Civil Protection (3 points), supplying a single-axle off-road trailer with brakes (2 points), and each year of warranty beyond the two-year minimum (1 point per year, up to 5 points). The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the offered price excluding VAT.
