Supply and installation of surveillance and traffic-control cameras

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation and commissioning of traffic-control and security cameras, together with auxiliary installation equipment and licences for the control platform. The cameras will support traffic monitoring and control and, where necessary, the detection of public-safety offences. Installation and commissioning must be completed within two months, counted from the day after the contract is formalised. The estimated value is EUR 82,535.78 excluding VAT, or EUR 99,868.29 including VAT. The bid must include a quality memorandum describing the proposed cameras and their technical features, their compatibility with the municipality’s existing viewing platform, and a proposal for reusing removed cameras, as well as a price offer. Of the 100 evaluation points, the quality memorandum is worth up to 40, price up to 55, and a commitment to reduce the delivery and installation period by one month earns 5 points. No bid security is required; the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract award price. Bids must be submitted electronically. The submission period is 15 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice.
