Supply of an ECO-classified vehicle for shared use

Summary

The tender is for a new N1-category light industrial vehicle for Cieza municipal services, classified in the ECO environmental category, with a cab seating at least two people and an open load bed with folding side panels and tailgate. It will be used for maintenance work and for carrying tools, materials, green waste and other municipal crew loads. The permitted gross vehicle weight is 2,500 kg, minimum payload is 1,200 kg, and minimum usable load-bed dimensions are 2,800 × 1,500 × 360 mm; minimum load volume is 1.50 m³. The load bed must be structurally and legally compatible with later installation of removable extensions. The delivery deadline is 31 December 2026, and the standard warranty is 3 years. Bids are evaluated on price (up to 60 points), extended warranty (up to 30 points) and equipment improvements (up to 10 points). Bidders must submit an electronically signed bid with a responsible declaration, price offer, vehicle technical details and evidence for any options claimed under the award criteria. Participation requires registration in the official bidders’ register, or evidence of a timely registration application; no separate financial or technical capacity thresholds apply.
