Specialist equipment for investigative and surveillance activities

Summary

The tender covers the purchase and delivery of specialist equipment for investigative and surveillance activities under the EMPACT OP CALAPORT project. It is divided into three lots: computing and video-surveillance equipment; drones and accessories; and geolocation equipment and equipment for working at height. Items include long-range and concealed-recording cameras, recording systems, computers, tablets, networking and data-storage equipment, drones with spare batteries, GPS trackers, batteries, ladders and safety equipment. Products must meet the technical specification or provide equivalent or better performance. The estimated value and budget are EUR 49,570.53 excluding VAT and EUR 59,980.34 including VAT. Evaluation awards up to 70 points for the total of unit prices and up to 30 points for a shorter delivery time: delivery within 15 calendar days earns 30 points, within 20 days earns 20 points, and within 25 days earns 10 points. The standard delivery period is 30 calendar days from contract signature. Delivery is to Salinas del Rosío 33, Madrid; the contractor bears transport, unloading and delivery costs. All supplies are covered by a 36-month technical warranty.
