Supply of a remote-controlled tracked brush cutter for forest-fire prevention

Summary

The tender seeks one new remote-controlled tracked brush cutter for Oza Cesuras municipality, to maintain difficult and steep areas, local roads and forest tracks and support forest-fire prevention. The machine must have a three-cylinder, liquid-cooled diesel engine with a displacement of at least 850 cc and remote control with a 150 m range using FHSS technology. Required features include separate track drives, cooling for hydraulic oil and the engine, an automatic mechanical brake, two remote-control batteries, an emergency stop, and controls for speed, direction correction and front-lift height. The contractor must train municipal staff and provide operating, maintenance and parts documentation, as well as the required technical and European conformity documents. Tenderers must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €57,000 in the relevant field and provide evidence of comparable supplies from the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically within eight calendar days, starting the day after publication of the contract notice. The successful tenderer must provide the required legal and tax documents and a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value excluding VAT; no provisional guarantee is required.
