Purchase of a new electric van with tow hitch for the Saborea Cádiz project

Summary

The tender is for a new, white, fully electric van for the Saborea Cádiz local-products promotion project, supplied with an installed and approved tow hitch rated for an unbraked 750 kg trailer. The vehicle must have automatic transmission, a WLTP range of at least 300 km and a payload of at least 775 kg. Maximum dimensions are 2,150 mm wide with mirrors open, 2,000 mm high and 5,500 mm long. It must have at least two front doors, rear door(s) without windows, seating for at least two people, and equipment including cruise control, emergency braking, front and side airbags, air conditioning, a spare wheel, and a reversing camera or parking sensors. It must be registered in the contracting foundation’s name and delivered roadworthy with valid approvals and inspections. The minimum warranty is three years. The van must be delivered by 3 December 2026. The contract ceiling is EUR 23,000 excluding VAT, or EUR 27,830 including 21% VAT; bids exceeding the ceiling will be rejected. Bids must include the required general documents, the vehicle’s technical specification and a signed price proposal. They must be submitted physically, in paper and digital form, in three sealed envelopes by 14:00 on 16 October 2026. Price is worth up to 65 points and the technical proposal up to 35 points. Additional points are available for earlier delivery, a longer warranty and included maintenance. Payment is made in full when the contract is signed, with payment expected around 28 October 2026.
