Supply of Five Electric Smoke Extraction Fans for the Guadalajara Fire and Rescue Service
Summary
The tender is for the supply of five electric smoke and gas extraction fans to CEIS Guadalajara, the fire, rescue and civil protection service for the Province of Guadalajara. The equipment will supplement existing combustion-engine fans and is suitable, among other uses, for enclosed spaces or locations with limited ventilation. Delivery is due within one month of contract signature, and the minimum warranty period is two years. Each bid must include a signed responsible declaration, a price offer and a descriptive memorandum on the proposed equipment, accompanied by the manufacturer’s official technical data sheet in Spanish demonstrating compliance with the technical requirements. The memorandum must also describe the bidder’s organisation in Spain, including industrial facilities, technical offices, workshops, spare-parts storage and maintenance and repair services. Evidence of financial or technical capacity is not required, and no bid or performance guarantee is required. Subcontracting is not permitted. During contract performance, the successful contractor must promote employment for people facing particular barriers to entering the labour market, especially people with disabilities or those at risk of social exclusion.
