Sound, audiovisual and recording services and equipment rental for Badalona official events

Summary

The tender covers sound, audiovisual and recording services for Badalona’s official events, both in municipal buildings and at other venues, together with rental of additional equipment as required. The work includes providing technical staff, arranging sound, lighting and video equipment, transporting and installing it, dismantling it after events, and operating the equipment. At least one qualified sound technician is required for events in municipal premises and at least two for events elsewhere. The contract is not divided into lots. The initial term is two years, planned to start on 26 November 2026 or later if the contract has not been signed by then; two one-year extensions are possible. The two-year budget ceiling is €134,963.32 excluding VAT (€163,305.62 including 21% VAT). The estimated total value, including extensions and possible modifications, is €296,919.30 excluding VAT. Payment is based on unit prices for services and equipment actually ordered; the contracting authority is not required to spend the full budget. Bids are assessed on price (up to 90 points) and the age of at least three sound-system items (up to 10 points). Bids must be digitally signed and submitted electronically within 30 calendar days of dispatch of the contract notice. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover, relevant contract experience and technical staff qualifications. The successful bidder must provide civil liability insurance of at least €300,000 and meet the requirements for separate waste collection and handling waste that may affect the marine environment.
