Socio-educational intervention service in Castellbisbal

Summary

The contract covers the integrated management and delivery of Castellbisbal’s socio-educational intervention service for children, young people and their families. It has three strands: support for families with at-risk children aged 0–3; the “El Mirador” day and after-school service for children aged 3–13; and family intervention for children and adolescents aged 4–17. The work includes day care and leisure activities, educational support, family guidance and parenting skills development, individual intervention plans, and coordination with social, education and health services. The initial term runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with up to two one-year extensions. The estimated value for the initial two years is €313,688.56 excluding VAT, or €345,057.41 including 10% VAT. The service is procured as one integrated contract. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and relevant experience, maintain insurance and provide the required staff; personnel working with minors must supply the required criminal-record certificates. The bid must include a service-specific technical plan, a price offer and the required declarations. Evaluation comprises automatic criteria worth 75 points and technical criteria worth 25 points; at least 12.5 technical points are required to continue.
