Renewal of CAD and PDF software licences

Summary

The tender covers the renewal of software licences used by Nostraigua, split into two lots: Lot 1 comprises five annual subscriptions for AutoCAD LT or equivalent CAD software, and Lot 2 comprises ten annual subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro or equivalent software for editing and managing PDF documents. The subscriptions must provide at least the functionality of the current products, usage rights, manufacturer updates and services normally included with the subscription. The supplier must activate the licences and assign them to users without interrupting service; delivery is preferably electronic. The initial contract term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum of four years. The budget for the initial term is EUR 12,792.50 excluding VAT or EUR 15,478.92 including VAT. Price carries up to 80 evaluation points and optional technical support up to 20 points. Any commitment to provide technical support must be stated expressly in the bid. Bidders may tender for either or both lots. Contract communications and documents must be handled digitally.
