Maintenance and management of electric vehicle charging points

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and management of electric-vehicle charging points owned by the Municipality of Villalbilla. The offer must price the initial inspection, configuration and commissioning of 6 public chargers, capped at €4,800 excluding VAT; management and preventive maintenance for two years, capped at €14,000 excluding VAT; and the charging-management fee, capped at €0.05/kWh. Major corrective repairs require a prior estimate and the municipality’s approval. Offers will be assessed on price, insurance covering theft and vandalism, advance charging reservations, and 24/7 remote technical support. The bidder must have a working charging application for both iOS and Android when submitting its offer. Participation requires evidence of the specified turnover, similar service experience and registration in the register of companies authorised to install, maintain and repair low-voltage electrical installations. The offer must include a service description, maintenance plan, platform and application description, and service-quality commitments. Offers must be submitted electronically.
