Maintenance, technical support and supply of consumables and spare parts for the balance assessment unit

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance, advice and technical support for the Dinascan Z14/IBV balance assessment unit at the rehabilitation service of Clínica MC Copérnico, together with compatible consumables and spare parts. The service includes annual inspections of the equipment, connections, cabling, hardware, software and accessories; on-site calibration checks and, when required, calibration with a report; preventive and corrective work; user support and advice on biomechanical applications; and training. At least one in-person refresher course and one online course must be provided each year. Software updates, if released during the contract, must be provided free of charge. Fault reports must be attended to within 2 working days, and, once the repair quotation is accepted, the fault must be resolved within 14 working days. Bidders may offer a shorter repair period of 7 or 10 working days. The items to be supplied are 9 cm and 5 cm foam cushions, a 5 m USB cable, a 3 m power-jack extension cable, virtual-reality glasses and a computer stand. Quantities are estimates and payment is based on actual consumption. Ordered goods must be delivered within five working days; approved replacements and replacements for defective or expired goods must be delivered within 48 hours. The initial contract term is 2 years, with two possible one-year extensions. The estimated contract value is €26,510 and the estimated base tender amount is €14,580.50; the maximum bid for the initial period is €12,050 excluding taxes. Multiple award criteria apply, including price, technical improvements and the time allowed to resolve faults.
