Internet access service for La Vall d’Uixó City Council

Summary

The tender is for an integrated internet-access service for the municipal buildings of La Vall d’Uixó. The contractor must install, configure and commission the connections and provide their management, maintenance and technical support. The service comprises 12 FTTH lines with 1 Gbit/s upload and download speeds, plus four static public IP addresses, three of them at the main police data centre. Connectivity must reach the network termination points in the municipal buildings. The provider supplies the necessary network equipment and manages and maintains it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The required monthly service availability is at least 95%. The contract runs for two years and cannot be extended. Installation, configuration, migration and commissioning must be completed within one month of contract award. The planned start is 1 October 2026 or the first day of the month after contract signature. The estimated value is €14,400 excluding VAT and the tender budget ceiling is €17,424 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single file within ten working days of publication of the contract notice; no guarantee is required. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and provide an ENS high-category conformity certificate for the network, management systems and data-processing centre used to deliver the service. The successful bidder must comply with the data-protection, environmental and social performance conditions, including submitting a sustainability report at the end of the contract and reporting on compliance at intervals of no more than six months.
