Bidders need an architect’s professional qualification, professional indemnity insurance of at least EUR 600,000, and the required experience in similar projects. Subcontracting is not permitted. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT. Payment is made in one instalment after delivery and confirmation of compliance. The warranty period is 12 months.
