Summary

The tender covers two technical-assistance assignments for urban planning and land management in Segovia. The contractor will prepare the planning and land-management documents, support their administrative processing and, where required, complete registration in the Land Registry. Lot 1 is an amendment to the Segovia General Urban Development Plan for the Alfonso VI sector (NC-G-10-S), establishing a new boundary and detailed layout; the sector covers 13,800 m². The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% for each awarded lot.
