Operation of Bars El Rebeco and Riopinos at San Isidro Winter Resort, 2026–2028

Summary

The contract grants an operator the paid right to run Bars El Rebeco and Riopinos at the San Isidro winter resort. The service includes providing catering and café services, maintaining and cleaning the premises and equipment, and supplying enough qualified staff. The contract runs from the day after signature until 30 June 2028 and may be extended for two additional one-year periods. The estimated contract amount is €275,988, with an estimated total value of €551,976 including the extension. Bidders must offer an annual variable payment of at least 0.15% of specified resort revenues, plus VAT; lower bids will be excluded. The bid must include a full operating plan for both bars and a separate plan for complementary activities. Participation requires evidence of the required turnover and technical capacity, the required declarations, and adequate staffing and insurance. Electricity costs are included in the payment, but the operator generally bears the other operating costs.
