Annual Figma Enterprise licences

Summary

The tender covers 12 months of use of 12 named Figma Enterprise licences, or an equivalent solution, for IBERMUTUA: 4 Full seats for complete design and prototyping, 4 Dev seats for inspecting designs and handing them over to development, and 4 Collaborator seats for viewing, commenting and collaboration. The licences must be activated within IBERMUTUA’s organisation and include updates, maintenance and standard support for the entire term. The solution must support real-time collaboration, user-interface design and prototyping, reusable components and design systems, version history, and access to specifications and assets for developers. It must also provide central user administration, single sign-on using SAML 2.0 or an equivalent protocol, automated user management using SCIM or an equivalent mechanism, multi-factor authentication, and security and interoperability features including TLS 1.2 or higher, Chromium-based browsers and Windows 11. An alternative product must meet every minimum requirement in the technical specification; the offer must include a requirement-by-requirement equivalence matrix and manufacturer evidence. The contract runs for 12 months, provisionally from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027, with no extension. The estimated value and maximum tender budget are €6,240 excluding VAT, or €7,550.40 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, and payment is a single payment at the start of the contract.
