Summary

The contract covers the installation, operation and maintenance of vending machines for drinks and snacks at the tax agency (AEAT) building in Palencia, Spain. The contractor must install and stock the machines, maintain them, and respond to breakdowns, offering hot and cold drinks and solid snacks. The building has approximately 90 workers; members of the public may use the machines only during the June income-tax campaign. The contract runs for one year from 4 December 2026, or from a later contract-signing date, and may be extended for up to one additional year. AEAT makes no payment for the service; the estimated contract value, including the possible extension, is EUR 16,000 excluding VAT.
