Regulatory technical inspections of lifts and low-voltage electrical installations

Summary

The procurement covers mandatory technical inspections of lifts and low-voltage electrical installations at employment offices and other centres of the Public Employment Service of the Principality of Asturias (SEPEPA). It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers inspections of 11 lifts, including periodic inspections and, where needed, inspections following a change of maintenance provider; Lot 2 covers 20 periodic inspections of low-voltage electrical installations. Either lot may require a follow-up inspection after defects have been remedied. The contract will run for up to 48 months. Inspections must follow the schedule and locations in the tender documents and take place outside public service hours, which are 9:00–14:00. Inspection reports must be sent to SEPEPA within 72 working hours. The total estimated value is EUR 22,560 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must be accredited control bodies for the relevant field and meet the turnover and previous-experience requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days from publication of the contract notice.
