Road passenger transport for sports, cultural and social events in the Municipality of Grado

Summary

The Municipality of Grado is procuring road passenger transport for municipal sports, cultural and social activities for two years. The contract may be extended by one year, but its total duration may not exceed three years. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all three lots. - Lot 1: general return journeys from Monday to Sunday, preferably in the morning; journeys of up to 125 km and 5 hours. An estimated 25 services per year. - Lot 2: one-way weekday transport for the Healthy Routes programme, preferably departing at 10:00. Journeys run from central Grado to destinations within the municipality no more than 25 km away; participants return on foot. An estimated 14 services per year. - Lot 3: return transport for school cross-country events on school days, for journeys of up to 125 km and 6 hours. An estimated 28 services per year; 12–14 buses may be needed on each event day. Bidders must be able to provide at least 14 services simultaneously. The estimated total is up to 67 services per year, or 134 over two years; the municipality does not guarantee that all estimated services will be ordered. The estimated total contract value is EUR 68,061.40 including VAT. The sole award criterion is the offered discount, which applies to the vehicle unit price and the prices for additional kilometres and hours. Buses must meet applicable safety and roadworthiness requirements, be no more than 15 years old and meet at least Euro IV emissions standards. For Lot 1, at least one vehicle suitable for passengers with reduced mobility must be available if requested by the municipality. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days of dispatch of the contract notice.
