Rental and installation of infrastructure for Triana District events in 2027
Summary
The City of Seville’s Triana District is procuring rental and full-service provision of infrastructure for its 2027 sociocultural events. The required equipment and facilities must be transported, installed, operated during use and removed after each event. Services will be ordered according to individual event needs and may include stages, sound, lighting and audiovisual equipment, generators, tents and shelters, furniture, office modules, chemical toilets, and technical, security and cleaning staff. The bid must include costs for transport, installation, dismantling and technical support during events. Installations must be ready for use two hours before an event starts; the contractor is responsible for safety, permits, required certificates, site cleaning and insurance. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027 and may be extended on the same terms for up to 12 months. The budget is €24,793.39 excluding VAT and €30,000 including 21% VAT. Payments are made against monthly invoices for services actually performed; the full budget need not be spent. There are no lots. Bidders must offer one discount percentage, with no more than two decimal places, to all unit prices. Price is the sole award criterion, and the lowest-priced bid wins. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice. Bidders must submit the required responsible declaration and prove registration in the official register of bidders, or show that a registration application was filed before the bid deadline. This abbreviated procedure does not require evidence of economic or technical capacity. Before contract signature, the selected bidder must prove within five calendar days that the specified stages, high-capacity sound and lighting equipment are available, and provide the required insurance policies. During performance, the contractor must provide technical descriptions, calculations and safety documents prepared by qualified specialists, and comply with occupational safety and applicable collective-agreement requirements.
