Supply of SAS software licences to the Health Information Section for 2027–2028

Summary

The Asturias health authority is procuring SAS statistical software licences, including maintenance and technical support, for its Health Information Section for 2027–2028. The software must be version 9.4 or later and run on 64-bit Microsoft Windows Workstation. User quantities are: BASE SAS – 3; SAS/ACCESS Interface to PC Files (PCFF) – 3; and SAS/AF, SAS/ETS, SAS FSP, SAS GRAPH, SAS STAT and SAS ACCESS Interface to ODBC – 1 user each. The software is intended to integrate, process and statistically analyse health data and generate reports, graphs and maps. The initial contract lasts two years from 1 January 2027 or, if signed later, from the day after signature. It may be extended by up to two successive one-year periods, subject to a four-year maximum total duration. Support incidents must be resolved within two weeks for low-priority incidents, four days for medium-priority incidents and 48 hours for high-priority incidents. The maximum budget is €28,016.12 including VAT (€23,153.82 excluding VAT), with €14,008.06 allocated to each of 2027 and 2028. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice. Subcontracting is prohibited.
