Presto software licensing

Summary

The tender covers subscription licences for Presto project management software used by the Melilla Port Authority to prepare budgets and bids, customise reports, and manage and certify projects and works. The supplier must provide five individual licences for each of these components: budgets and bids, report customisation, and project management (certifications). The licences must be linked to the Melilla Port Authority’s account and remain valid for three years. The contract must be performed within one month. The estimated and base budget is €12,000; price is the sole award criterion, and no tender guarantee is required. Only official RIB Software partners authorised to market its licences may participate. The bidder must submit an offer electronically in Spanish, together with a responsible declaration, a price proposal and proof of official partner status. No economic or technical solvency requirement is imposed. A single invoice is submitted after the licences have been supplied and verified.
