Vending machine service in Burgos and Aranda de Duero

Summary

The tender is for a concession to install, operate and maintain vending machines for food and drinks at the Spanish Tax Agency’s buildings in Burgos and Aranda de Duero. At least one hot-drink machine and one machine for cold drinks, water, soft drinks, juices and snacks are required in Burgos, and at least one hot-drink machine in Aranda de Duero. The contractor supplies and restocks the products, maintains and repairs the machines, and covers their installation and operating costs; users pay for purchases, so the contracting authority incurs no contract expenditure. The service will run for one year from 5 December 2026, or from the contract-signing date if later, with an option to extend for up to one additional year. The bid must state product prices and describe the proposed machines. Evaluation awards up to 85 points for prices: 40 for hot drinks, 40 for cold drinks and water, and 5 for solid foods. Up to 15 additional points are available for extra credits, days of free hot drinks, and ISO 22000 certification. The bidder must submit electronically, meet the qualification and registration requirements, and ensure service continuity, food safety and liability insurance.
