Vending machine service for drinks and snacks in León and Ponferrada

Summary

The contract is for a vending-machine service at the AEAT offices in León and Ponferrada for one year, starting on 5 December 2026 or, if later, on the contract-signing date. The contractor will install, stock, operate and maintain machines supplying hot and cold drinks and solid foods. The contracting authority may agree to extend the service for up to one additional year. The service will not cost the AEAT anything: users pay for the products, and the bidder’s prices must stay within the limits set in the tender documents. Bidders must submit prices, machine makes and models, product-range details, and machine descriptions and images electronically. At least two solid-food products must be gluten-free. Price is worth up to 85 points; up to 15 further points are available for extra credit on users’ payment key fobs, free hot-drink days and ISO 22000 certification issued by an accredited body. During the contract, the contractor must keep products replenished and in good condition, maintain the machines, and provide separate waste containers. The bidder must hold the required food-business registration and liability insurance.
