Technical supervision and health and safety coordination for Torremolinos’ municipal asphalting plan

Summary

The tender concerns technical supervision of the street works under Torremolinos’ municipal asphalting plan and coordination of occupational health and safety. The works include removing deteriorated asphalt, laying a new road surface, adjusting the height of manhole covers and grates, and restoring road markings. The service provider will direct and monitor execution, quality, measurements, costs and deadlines; organise necessary site meetings and reports; review the health and safety plan; and coordinate safety through final acceptance of the works and the end of the warranty period. Bidders must submit a technical proposal in Spanish of no more than 10 pages and provide a suitably qualified works director and health and safety coordinator; one person may perform both roles. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
