Installation and operation of vending machines at the Segovia Tax Agency office

Summary

The contract covers the installation, operation and maintenance of vending machines at the Spanish Tax Agency’s Segovia office at Calle Colón 4. At least one machine must dispense hot drinks and another must offer cold drinks, water, soft drinks, juices and snacks. The service is intended for the building’s 65 employees; the technical specification states that the machines are not for public use. The contractor supplies and replenishes the products, monitors their quality and expiry dates, and maintains and repairs the machines. The contract runs for one year from 4 December 2026, or from a later contract-signing date, and may be extended by up to one further year. The agency pays nothing for the service; users purchase products from the machines. The estimated contract value is EUR 16,400. The bid must include product prices, which may not exceed the limits in the tender documents, and a description of the machines and products offered. Prices carry up to 85 points: up to 40 for hot-drink prices, 40 for cold drinks and water, and 5 for solid foods. Up to 15 additional points are available for extra credits funded by the company on users’ payment keys, days when hot drinks are free for employees, and ISO 22000 certification issued by an accredited body. Bidders must submit their bids electronically, hold the required food-sector registration, and meet the requirements for the machines, food safety, liability insurance and separate waste sorting.
