Summary

The tender covers the installation, operation and maintenance of vending machines in the Spanish Tax Agency’s Zamora office building. The minimum provision is one hot-drink machine and one machine for cold drinks, water, soft drinks, juices and snacks; the tender documents also provide for the sale of solid food. The service is intended for the building’s 120 employees and, where permitted, visitors. The contractor supplies and stocks the machines, maintains and repairs them, and bears the installation and product costs; the Tax Agency provides the water and electricity required. Users pay for products when purchasing them, so the contract entails no expenditure for the Tax Agency. The contract runs for one year from 4 December 2026 or, if later, from the date it is signed, with an option to extend for up to one further year. The estimated total value, including the possible extension, is EUR 16,600. The bid must include product prices, descriptions and technical information for the machines, and the required evidence. Product prices carry up to 85 points and improvements up to 15 points: additional credit for users’ payment key fobs (up to 5 points), free hot-drink days for staff (up to 5 points), and ISO 22000 certification (5 points). Bidders must also account for food safety, liability insurance, separated waste collection, and keeping the machines stocked and operational.
