Summary

The contract covers the SaaS right to use an online multimedia and interactive learning platform for residents of Orihuela and municipal employees, including setup, hosting, maintenance, support, a course catalogue and content updates. The platform must handle course registration and learner administration, track learning progress, produce reports and diplomas, and provide security, accessibility, backups and data handover at the end of the contract. The initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions.
