BilbaoTIK is procuring one year of licences for its cloud-based Atlassian IT operations management platform, including manufacturer support and maintenance. The order includes one annual subscription for each product or application: Confluence Standard for up to 100 users; Jira Standard for up to 200 users; the Microsoft Entra ID importer for JSM Assets, Checklists for Jira Pro, Elements Copy & Sync, Microsoft 365 for Jira & JSM, ScriptRunner for Jira, and Timesheet Tracking for Jira — each at Standard level for up to 200 users; Service Collection Premium for up to 50 agents; and Atlassian Guard Standard for up to 200 users. The licence renewal date is 27 October 2026. Bidders must submit an electronic bid containing the European Single Procurement Document, the required responsible declaration and a price offer in the prescribed format, with VAT shown separately. The bid price must not exceed the tender budget.
