Construction supervision for the Aritzeta–Itziar service-area reorganisation works, Phase 1

Summary

The tender concerns construction supervision services for works to reorganise service areas on the AP-8, AP-1 and GI-20 roads, in phase 1 of the Aritzeta–Itziar project, within the municipalities of Usurbil and Deba in Gipuzkoa. The construction works are expected to last 5 months and have an estimated works contract budget of EUR 1,799,657.41 excluding VAT. The supervision service is planned for 8 months, with an estimated contract value of EUR 117,999.81 including VAT. The services cover site management and quality, geometric and quantity control; monitoring the budget and work programme; arranging and overseeing tests; preparing daily and monthly reports; supervising road and occupational safety; and preparing documentation for acceptance and final settlement of the works. If needed, the consultant must also prepare amended or supplementary designs and supervise the works carried out under them. Bidders must provide a team meeting the specified experience requirements, a quality assurance plan and a cooperation letter from an accredited laboratory.
