Time-recording platform usage licence for FIBHGM
Summary
The procurement is for a complete cloud-based (SaaS) time-recording platform for approximately 350 FIBHGM employees, including a usage licence, implementation, configuration, maintenance and support. The solution must support web and mobile clocking, recording starts, finishes and breaks, managing work schedules and shifts, tracking remote work, handling incidents, and employee and manager self-service. Leave, absence and permission data must connect to the HR system. Integration with Fundanet is mandatory and must be one-way: the platform may read and import data from Fundanet but must not change data there or send information back. The contractor must provide functional analysis, configuration, implementation, data-migration, testing and training plans, as well as user, administration, security, continuity, integration and data-return documentation. The contract includes enhanced launch support for four months after the application is fully operational, together with maintenance, security and legal updates, and ongoing support throughout the contract. Launch support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00; critical incidents require immediate attention. The contract runs for 48 months, with no extensions. The estimated total is €59,990 excluding VAT and €72,587.90 including 21% VAT. Price accounts for 90 points; committing to waste-reduction measures accounts for 10 points. The bid must be submitted electronically as a single package. Participation requires meeting the qualification and compliance conditions and submitting the required technical information and declarations.
