Cafeteria, self-service dining and kitchen services at the Matacán Air Base student residence

The procurement is for a concession to operate the cafeteria, self-service dining area and kitchen in the student residence at Matacán Air Base. The concessionaire will provide on-site breakfasts, meals, drinks and other food sales and catering, while bearing the demand and operating risks. The initial term is one year, with extensions of up to four additional years. Normal service hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 16:30; vending machines must remain stocked outside those hours. During the summer season, services move to another building on the base, with additional weekend opening hours. Only candidates selected after submitting a request to participate may bid. Cafeteria prices are assessed using a weighted price list; each quoted price must fall within the specified minimum and maximum, except that no minimum applies to 0.5-litre bottled mineral water.
