Clinical analysis services for FREMAP in six autonomous regions
Summary
FREMAP is procuring clinical laboratory testing and sample-collection services in seven lots: Ourense, Santiago de Compostela, Elche, Huesca or Monzón, Villarrobledo, Gijón and Arrecife. The services include laboratory analyses and sample collection, as well as sample pickup and supply of collection materials at the specified locations. Tests include, among others, urine and blood tests and biochemical, coagulation, rheumatology, preoperative and other analyses. FREMAP does not guarantee the estimated testing volumes; the bidder must maintain the unit prices offered. Each lot has an initial term of 36 months with one possible 24-month extension. The total initial budget for all lots is €98,427.21, and the estimated total value, including possible extensions and modifications, is €183,730.80. Minimum service hours vary from 2 to 6 hours per day, five days per week, except in Santiago de Compostela, where service is required for 3 hours per day on three days per week. Results are generally due within 2–5 working days, depending on the lot; urgent results must be sent within 2 hours, and urgent sample collection must take place within 45 minutes. The bidder must provide a clinical laboratory specialist, the required nurses or laboratory technicians, and suitable facilities with the required authorisations. For the Santiago de Compostela lot, FREMAP staff collect samples, while the provider must perform the analyses and provide sample pickup and the necessary materials at FREMAP’s centre. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish using the prescribed forms. Participation requires meeting turnover and prior-experience thresholds, confirming the required staffing and resources, and observing the mandatory FREMAP site visit and confidentiality requirements. Bids are evaluated on price and technical added-value criteria.
