The contractor must supply telecommunication ECG equipment (three fixed transmitters), a secure platform, and a qualified team; services are to be performed within UB Medical Service Unit at Florensa 8; reading/interpretation hours are 8:00–20:00; technical support hours are 8:00–15:00; accreditation for cardiology specialization is required; and data protection obligations must be met. The service must respond within 24 hours for ordinary cases and within 15 minutes for emergencies upon transmission.
