Supply of construction materials for works at La Pisá del Caballo Park

Summary

The tender is for construction materials for works at La Pisá del Caballo peri-urban park in Cabeza la Vaca. The works will repair roofs and timber structures, replace an unstable railing and the timber floor of one bridge, install ventilation ducts and build a new barbecue area. The contract covers materials only, not labour or construction work. The materials are divided into four lots: masonry and ceramic products; concrete; timber and fixings; and roofing and insulation materials. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, but must offer all materials within each lot they select. The estimated total value is EUR 19,056.45 excluding VAT and EUR 23,058.31 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, and bids must not exceed a lot’s budget or any material’s maximum unit price. Materials must be delivered to the worksite within one day of each order, with transport included in the price. Defective or non-compliant materials must be replaced within 24 hours; the contracting authority may return non-compliant materials within three months of receipt. The contract runs until all supplies are completed, initially up to 30 September 2027, and may be extended in line with the SEPE’s directions. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days, counted from the day after publication of the contract notice.
