Rental and adaptation of two transparent domes for Burgos’s Christmas programme

Summary

Burgos City Council is seeking to rent two temporary, transparent, self-supporting domes, each 11 metres in diameter, for the Christmas programme in Burgos’s Plaza Mayor, including installation, maintenance and removal. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers the domes, structures and associated components; Lot 2 covers stage and decorative adaptations, lighting, floor covering and electric heating. Each lot is a complete package covering transport, installation, testing, maintenance, technical support and removal, and its delivery must be coordinated with the contractor for the other lot. Both lots must be inspected, tested and ready for use by 3 December 2026; the Christmas programme is scheduled from 4 December 2026 to 6 January 2027. Bidders may tender for one or both lots, and price is the sole award criterion, subject to the relevant lot’s budget ceiling. The total procurement budget is €72,575.80 including VAT.
