Construction management and supervision for a 27-apartment protected housing building

Summary

The minimum development level is LOD 400 for quarterly models and LOD 500 for the final As-Built model; models must be delivered in the open IFC4 format. The complete final As-Built documentation and building logbook must be delivered no later than three months after acceptance of the works.
