Supply of plumbing and other materials

Summary

The framework agreement will cover the supply of plumbing and other construction materials to AMJASA’s warehouse in Xàbia. The goods are divided into 12 lots, including valves, metal and brass fittings, flanges, polyethylene pipes, hydrants, irrigation outlets and cold asphalt. Bidders may tender for several lots, but combined bids covering multiple lots are not allowed, and no company may be awarded more than 10 lots. For each lot, bidders must offer a percentage discount. Evaluation awards up to 70 points for price, up to 20 points for reducing the delivery period (2.5 points for each day reduced), and up to 10 points for environmental criteria. Delivery is due within 10 calendar days of an order. Deliveries go to AMJASA’s warehouse; by agreement, delivery may be made elsewhere within 20 km, with no additional charge. The contract lasts one year, with a possible one-year extension. The total annual budget excluding VAT is €651,055.10, and the estimated contract value including the extension is €1,302,110.20. To participate, bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with similar supplies and submit technical data sheets, required quality evidence and samples (samples are not required for Lot 11). Products must meet the technical specifications for the relevant lot; the bid must also state the discount and any proposed reduction in delivery time.
