Court representation and defence for the Social Security Institute in Seville

The contract is for appointing one practising lawyer to represent and defend Spain’s National Social Security Institute (INSS) before the courts in Seville and its province. The lawyer will take on cases assigned by the INSS legal service, provide court representation and defence, submit procedural documents, and return case files and documents received. The contract runs from 1 September 2026, or a later contract-signing date, until 31 August 2027; no ordinary extension is planned. The maximum price is EUR 24,793.39 excluding VAT, or EUR 30,000 including 21% VAT, with fees calculated under the applicable professional fee tariff. The bidder must appoint a practising lawyer who is a member of the Bar and holds the required professional authorisation. Proof of economic and technical capacity is waived, but registration in the official register of tenderers is required, or evidence that an application was submitted before the tender deadline. Scoring covers availability for urgent proceedings, relevant experience in social and Social Security cases, and a permanent office in Seville province. The bid and required declarations must be submitted electronically, and a copy of the appointed lawyer’s identity document must be included.
