The procurement is for outpatient primary medical care and physiotherapy in Villena (Alicante) for workers insured by ASEPEYO and, where required under cooperation agreements, patients covered by other mutual insurers. The service comprises initial and urgent medical care, follow-up consultations and physiotherapy. Bidders may also offer optional orthopaedics and traumatology, nursing and advanced physiotherapy services. Care must be delivered at the bidder’s own health centre in Villena or within 5 km by road of the town hall square. The centre must hold the required operating authorisation and provide X-ray services. The initial contract term is one year, from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028, with four possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of five years. The annual budget is €15,600 and the estimated total value, including extensions and modifications, is €81,120; VAT is exempt. Actual demand will depend on need. The indicative annual volume is 100 initial medical consultations, 45 follow-up consultations and 400 physiotherapy sessions. The maximum unit prices are €60, €35 and €18 respectively. The contract is not divided into lots, and subcontracting is not permitted. Price carries up to 49 points and quality and service-delivery criteria up to 51 points; evaluation includes equipment, additional specialities, opening hours and the speed of follow-up consultation reports.
