Design and delivery of the SEGITTUR stand and FITUR exhibition space

Summary

The contract covers the design and delivery of SEGITTUR’s stand and the Fitur Know-How & Export 2027 exhibition space at the trade fair in Madrid on 20–22 January 2027. The work includes designing, producing and installing a stand within an available area of up to 70 m², as well as producing and installing decorative materials for the advisory area, networking area, two SEGITTURLab rooms, auditorium and other parts of the exhibition space. The stand must showcase SEGITTUR’s projects, particularly the Smart Destination Platform; minimum equipment includes two 82-inch interactive screens, one LED screen and two touchscreen terminals. The design must be accessible and use sustainable and recycled materials as far as possible. The contract also covers other graphic and decorative items, transport of SEGITTUR materials to and from the fair, measurement of the carbon footprint and actions to offset it, and dismantling and removal of the stand and contractor-provided materials. The stand and areas must be ready for the fair opening on 20 January; dismantling may begin on 26 January 2027. The contract runs until 15 February 2027. The estimated value is €98,500 excluding VAT, and the tender budget is €119,185 including VAT. Bidders must meet the turnover and similar-work experience thresholds and provide at least one technical professional with the required three years of experience. The bid must include a design proposal and a price offer. Price accounts for 55% of the evaluation and technical quality for 45%; bids scoring below half of the technical points are excluded.
