Advertising campaign creation and delivery services for the La Gomera Island Council in 2026

Summary

The tender covers the planning, design and delivery of institutional and promotional advertising campaigns for the La Gomera Island Council in 2026. The contractor will prepare a media plan for each campaign, specifying proposed channels and advertising spaces, insertions, rates, and gross and net costs; create campaign materials; purchase and reserve approved advertising space; distribute the materials; and monitor results, audience and reach. After each campaign, the contractor must provide a results report and, within 15 working days, a PDF campaign dossier with evidence of publication or photographs. Each campaign must include at least 2 print media outlets, 6 digital media outlets, 1 television outlet and 2 radio outlets; up to 2 additional outlets may be offered in each category. The agency commission may not exceed 15%, or €7,725, and must be stated as both a percentage and an amount. Campaigns must be launched within 20 calendar days, and media suppliers must be paid within 30 calendar days after their invoice is submitted; bidders may offer shorter periods for both. Bidders must meet the eligibility and registration requirements and submit an electronically signed offer with the required declarations.
