The tender covers court defence and representation, together with ongoing legal advice, for the municipality of Collado Villalba. The work includes representation before courts in all areas of jurisdiction and relevant administrative bodies, preparation of procedural documents, deadline monitoring, legal opinions and reports, and attendance at collective bargaining and municipal meetings. The service must be delivered as an integrated whole; the contract is not divided into lots. The reference workload was 294 proceedings over the previous three years, but the municipality guarantees no minimum number of cases or consultations. Bidders must provide a team of at least two lawyers meeting the specified experience requirements, professional authorisation, professional indemnity insurance of at least €300,000, the necessary working resources and continuous service coverage. Costs of a procedural representative where required are included in the contract price; a separate reimbursement allowance of up to €1,000 per year, including VAT, is provided for certain bar-association opinion fees.
