Supply of tools and materials for the Periodic Inspection Centre

Summary

The tender is for the supply of new tools, auxiliary equipment, accessories, consumables, personal protective equipment and other materials to the Periodic Inspection Centre at the Las Palmas Arsenal. The goods are intended for inspecting self-contained breathing equipment and supporting maintenance, repair and technical assistance for units served by the Arsenal. The supplier must provide compliant, compatible products listed in the Materials Annex, prepare and package them for transport, deliver them, and provide technical documentation when requested. This is a single supply contract that is not divided into lots; labour, maintenance services and installation are not being procured. Delivery is DDP to the Las Palmas Arsenal by 30 November 2026. The budget ceiling is €6,000 including IGIC. Price accounts for 95% of the evaluation and an extension of the warranty for 5%; the standard warranty is three years, and an extension of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months may be offered.
